Review: Eat Drink and Be Healthy

I have a new review up of a book that I found to be quite good.

You can find a review of Eat Drink and Be Healthy here. Want to learn more about eating well, with positive information on what you should be eating that people may not be telling you as well as information on bunk that is being handed out as truth? In my opinion, this book is worth your time.

If you want even more of a nutritional wakeup, try out Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon.  Some of it is a bit sensational, but overall it's very interesting.

Yes, I am planning on reading more on nutrition. I'll check it out.

Based on your recommendation, I've just purchased this book. I bought it along with the DVD of "300" (to make sure I hit the $25 min.), and my hope is that after reading the book I fully expect to have a physique like Gerard Butler. Otherwise, I'll want my money back.

Sorry, bro, but I don't think getting that book will make you look like him...or any of the warriors on 300. Now, of course, I look like I could have been in the movie...
